This three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment features open-plan living filled with natural light and sweeping views across the city skyline and towards the Brindabella Ranges. Whether you're visiting for work or enjoying a short getaway, the space is designed to feel welcoming, practical, and easy to settle into. Step inside and relax in a thoughtfully styled interior that flows seamlessly onto a private balcony—perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. Guests have access to excellent building amenities including a fully equipped gym, communal spa, and swimming pool. For shopping and dining, Westfield Belconnen is just moments away, along with a variety of cafes, restaurants, and attractions within a short drive. The keys for this property are securely stored at one of our trusted key storage partners, located a short walk/drive away from the property for your convenience. The store is only open Mon - Sun 6:00 am- 11:00 pm every day Please let us know ahead of time if you are arriving outside these hours as we will have to make alternative arrangements to get the access keys to you. If you require additional keys, kindly notify us at least 48 hours before arrival to avoid any call-out fees. Guests are welcome to use on-site BBQs where provided. All safety guidelines must be followed, including supervising children and ensuring the BBQ is turned off after use. BBQs must be cleaned thoroughly after use; failure to do so will incur additional cleaning charges. Any damage resulting from misuse will be billed to the guest. Reservations up to 27 nights: Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value. Long Stays (28 nights or more): Within 48 hours of booking creation: Full refund. After 48 hours of booking creation: No refund of any fees paid. Guest Registration & Verification: All guests must complete electronic guest registration prior to arrival, including valid photo ID (Driver’s Licence or Passport), credit/debit card details, and a list of all guests with current mobile numbers. These documents are securely stored with industry-standard encryption and automatically deleted 14 days after check-out, in line with PCI compliance, and access codes are only issued to registered and verified guests. Any reservation made within 5 days of arrival requires a photo of a credit card in the same full name as the primary guest, matching the provided ID. If the names do not match, the booking will be cancelled and funds returned. This policy is in place to protect our guests, our property owners, and the community. Pre-Authorisation / Security Deposit: A security bond or pre-authorisation will be required to cover accidental damage, breakages, or extra cleaning costs. Guests will be notified of the amount and method of payment prior to arrival. Any claims for damages will be documented and communicated clearly. Noise & No-Party Policy: All of our properties are located in residential areas and are subject to strict local noise regulations. Noise that can be heard outside the property between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM is strictly prohibited. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Breaches of this policy may result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of your bond, and additional charges. Complimentary WiFi is provided by the property owner for guest use. As this connection is managed by a third-party provider, AirKeeper cannot guarantee speed or reliability and does not offer compensation for any service interruptions. Linen, Towels & Amenities: Guests receive a full set of bed linen and one bath towel; pool, lake, and beach towels are not provided.
