Embrace comfort in this modern one-bedroom apartment featuring a queen-sized bed, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living area with a 65\` smart TV. Enjoy the convenience of a well-stocked bathroom, washer, dryer, and secure parking. You can access all the property\`s amenities throughout your stay. Please read our listing thoroughly to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you\`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: \- fridge/freezer \- stovetop \- microwave \- oven \- crockery and cutlery \- dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 65\` smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don\`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The residential garage provides parking space for one car. There is also an onsite visitor parking outside or internal of the first garage gate. Subject to availability. Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival, with access codes provided four hours to keep your booking secure. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. Before your reservation can be confirmed, please note that guest verification is required. Due to local council regulations, bookings remain pending until the verification process is completed. If verification is not completed within 24 hours, the booking may be automatically cancelled. Please also review the key house rules below: 1\. Check-in / Check-out \- Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available if arranged in advance. Unauthorised late departures may incur a $110 per hour fee. 2\. No Smoking or Pets \- Smoking and pets are not permitted anywhere on the property. Breaches will incur a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are exempt where required by law. 3\. Cleaning \- The cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning and linen. Please leave the property in a reasonable and tidy condition.
