BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to restock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you\`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to the following: \- fridge/freezer \- stovetop \- microwave \- oven \- crockery and cutlery \- dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room features a 60\` LG Smart TV with a Chromecast device attached at the back, allowing you to stream content directly from your phone, tablet, or laptop. You can access your own Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming accounts. Please note that we don’t provide subscriptions to these platforms, so you’ll need to use your own logins. The TV also offers access to local channels. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The parking garage provides parking spaces for two cars. For additional parking, there is an open public paid parking in front of the complex - Note the entrance to the car park is from Bowes Street, just before you turn into 15 Bowes Street. Look for the driveway on the left-hand side if you\`re coming from Hindmarsh Drive. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building\`s BBQ Area, gym, pool and common garden/courtyard/rooftop throughout your stay. To access the amenities from the unit, take the hallway path to the right before reaching the elevators. The gym uses the air key for entry, and the pool, courtyard, and BBQ are through the door at the end of the hallway. Pool and BBQ 6am-10pm. Gym 24H. All in level 5, Same level as unit. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas. Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. Your keys are in the \`All in One Super Mart - Phillip\` just beside the building\`s entrance. The shop\`s hours are Monday–Friday: 07:30–21:00, Saturday: 09:00–21:00, Sunday: 10:00–19:00. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am. 2\.
