I can’t say enough good things about our stay. From the minute we walked in until we left the next day. The people were incredible. Very attentive, kind and accomodating. The food was beyond fabulous. We had an amazing dinner with multiple courses and all were superb! Our giraffe feeding treehouse was impeccably furnished and very clean. The giraffe feeding experience as well as the guided tour were fun and informative. If you get a chance, go to this place it will not disappoint!

Our second time here and just as enjoyable. Stayed in the reef room and Oscar was a delight.Once again the food,service,drinks and knowledgeable staff were 5 stars all the way. Cant recommend a stay here enough times.

Well worth it! Jamala has been on my bucket list for many years and I’m so glad we finally did it! We stayed in the giraffe treehouse for a romantic couples bday getaway, it was incredible! Staff are super lovely, helpful and accommodating. I thought it would be a once in a lifetime experience however, I’m pretty sure we will be back with the kids for their next birthdays. Thank you so much for making it such a special experience.

This property is an experience to be enjoyiled. From arrival & afternoon tea, dinner, tour of the zoo and the cheetah encounter, everything was great. The bed was comfortable.

Amazing experience for your bucket list
This stay was the highlight of my trip. The cost of the room was worth every cent. From the moment you were checked in, nothing was too much trouble. Hotel stay includes extras like, afternoon high tea and drinks on arrival. Small group tour of the zoo, and extra access areas. We stayed in the giraffe treehouse, which was lovely and we got to feed the giraffes from the balcony. Pre dinner drinks and a lovely three course meal with drinks. My other favourite was wondering the zoo early morning before it opens. Hearing the lions wake up. Wow. Breakfast included before check out and free zoo time if you choose.

Couples birthday celebrations
We walked in to the reception and our bags were checked in, we were ushered into the lodge and had afternoon tea. The service started at the front door and never ended. We then went for a guided zoo tour. Dinner was just amazing, with a great wine list. Fed about three animals! Just an amazing experience!

There was nothing we didn’t like , the staff were wonderful, friendly efficient and nothing was to much trouble, the food was truly amazing, afternoon tea , drinks and canepes then a beautiful dinner and breakfast the next morning before our zoo tour was delicious and plentiful, just excellent. The zoo tour guides were terrific , friendly and genuinely happy to be doing what they do lots of information which I really enjoyed, our room was comfortable and beautifully decorated, loved our stay 👍❤️

A simply brilliant family experience.
A truly unique experience. Every aspect of the stay was first class. The two-day program was full of amazing encounters. The guides were very knowledgeable and gave very detailed explanations about the animals and the program at the wildlife lodge. The food was sensational and our whole family (parents and daughters age 9 and 11) were all well catered for. We will certainly be back.

This was an absolutely incredible experience. Very much unique and one of a kind adventure. The WOW tour was one of the best tours we have done and would highly recommend it. The accommodation was wonderful with a great room and the view of Hummer the giraffe was fantastic for us and the children. The food was so very well done and they took into account all allergies and food intolerances. Would come back again in a heart beat!

The whole thing was excellent. From when you enter until you leave. Well worth the money. We did 2 tours. In which you get to see things the public wouldn't. The food was superb. We had a great time at tea. Meet heaps of new people. We had a ball. We thought it would be a once off. But now its like which room will we do next. The Giraffe tree house was fantastic. Oh and all the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Indoor staff were very thorough and professional. The outdoor staff extremely knowledgeable and engaging. Food was magnificent and rooms comfortable. An awesome day there. And recommend for family and friends.
