It's a typical highway motel that serves the purpose quite well. Use the location pin to navigate to the property as the address was misleading.

We arrived on time but room was not ready check in time was 2pm . on reception he said we have to wait another 20 mins or half an hour they give us coffee vouchers .apart of that room was average .

We have stayed here often and it has always seen better days. It's always been cheap and a good breakfast so that balanced it out. This time was probably the last time we stay there. The Wifi doesn't reach the rooms if you can even join. It's been like that the last few times we stayed there. The rooms need a good solid clean. The maintenance needs to be completed not just spot fixed. The facilities need a refresh or removal. The breakfast now doesn't redeem the other faults of the property anymore and is subpar. The buffet is basic which is fine but the quality just isn't there. The staff are all pleasant but defensive of the properties faults rather than problem solvers. If it's cheap enough we would stay there again.

Stayed here with the family. Clean room, kids loved the bunk beds. Pool was great, long open hours helps to get in another swim before checkout. The breakfast was good and convenient. Would definitely stay here next time we are in Canberra

Close to Canberra, very short walk to a killa pub and pokies. Servo close by and a restaurant onsite if you cant be bothered walking to the pub. Breaky was good also. Loved the pool.

Stayed at this place for 3 nights during our trip to Canberra. The room was presented in a clean & neat condition. We had also requested for a microwave in our room which they kindly obliged. There is a lot of greenery around the rooms which adds to the serenity. There is a play area for kids & a pool which was great to relax. All tourist attractions & supermarkets are only about 10-15 mins drive from the place. Staff at the reception could be a bit more cheerful.

There are some dead cockroaches and I see some live ones around in the property. I stayed for 2 nights and on first day there is water leaking in commode and water stopped running in the night. I got another room for second night and the room looks same as mentioned above. Maybe it’s due to the property being in the trees on the side of highway. Agin there is no water at all in the morning. We are not able to get ready and not able to eat breakfast in the hotel which we already prepaid for it. Staff at reception apologised for the inconvenience and mentioned breakfast amount will be refunded and partial booking amount to be refunded to my card but not seeing any refund after 3 days. Totally it is a disaster for us and not able to cover all the visiting places due to this inconvenience. We had to checkout with our getting freshed up in the morning and not even able to use toilets. It is a complete disaster.

While checking in was seamless, once I got to my room it was clear to me it was not checked before it was assigned to me. It was disgusting and filthy. The lights were left on, the bed wasnt made, there were dirty cups left out and the bathroom was filthy. I was switched to another room which was clean but this should NOT have happened to begin with. The rest of my stay was fine and there were no other issues.

The staff member at check in was friendly. For a family room, more than one chair to sit in would be good and it would be convenient to have a small table to sit at because there is a kitchenette. Also, it is quite dated, but clean and it would be good if there was a TV in the area where the kitchenette and family beds are.
