On arrival first impression was extremely small apartment for price paid. Dishes very dirty that were in kitchen cupboards. Bath towels only provided for 3 people when booked & paid for 4 people. Discovered at 11pm we were unable to lock door to apartment from the inside, notified Airkeeper (agency managing the apartment) as they have a 24h call centre & they didn’t contact the locksmith till 3pm the following day! The pool & BBQ area is in a completely different building that takes 10min to walk to, no change rooms at pool but does have a toilet. BBQ area & other common areas need to be reserved if want to use & no instructions on how to do that. Shower in ensuite doesn’t drain properly, notified agency the first morning and no effort made to fix. No compensation offered for these issues. Other than these issues that could actually be addressed the positive was the location & view were fantastic. ##### Lisa W.
