This one-bedroom apartment is located on level 10 (above ground) and can host a maximum of 2 guests The self-contained apartment features: \- 1 bedroom with a king bed (combined with 2 single bases). \- 1 living room with a smart TV, sofa, study desk and dining area \- 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower \- 1 fully-equipped kitchen \- 1 balcony with an open view \- 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer. \- 1 air-conditioning unit to living room only. \- Free WIFI provided \- Free parking is available in the building's basement Check-in time: Monday to Saturday 3pm to 9pm Sunday 3pm to 7pm The following we provide may interest you: • linens and toiletries; (\*Due to safety and environmental issues, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Short walk to Woden shopping centre. Unit windows and TV screen were covered in hand or paw prints and hadn't been cleaned. Had to walk through very soggy carpet in hallway on way to our unit as air conditioning pipe was dripping continuously. Poor communication advising how and when to pay deposit for the key.
