Thoughtful design, stylish interiors, and a peaceful setting make this apartment a versatile choice for families, couples, or business travellers seeking convenience and comfort in a prime location. Key Stay Information Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen This property offers self-check-in. One set of keys is provided per booking. If you require additional keys, please contact us at least 48 hours before arrival; otherwise, a call-out fee may apply. Access is provided via either a smart lock or a secure lockbox located on-site. Guests are welcome to use on-site BBQs where provided. All safety guidelines must be followed, including supervising children and ensuring the BBQ is turned off after use. BBQs must be cleaned thoroughly after use; failure to do so will incur additional cleaning charges. Any damage resulting from misuse will be billed to the guest. Reservations up to 27 nights: Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value. Long Stays (28 nights or more): Within 48 hours of booking creation: Full refund. After 48 hours of booking creation: No refund of any fees paid. Guest Registration & Verification: All guests must complete electronic guest registration prior to arrival, including valid photo ID (Driver’s Licence or Passport), credit/debit card details, and a list of all guests with current mobile numbers. These documents are securely stored with industry-standard encryption and automatically deleted 14 days after check-out, in line with PCI compliance, and access codes are only issued to registered and verified guests. Any reservation made within 5 days of arrival requires a photo of a credit card in the same full name as the primary guest, matching the provided ID. If the names do not match, the booking will be cancelled and funds returned. This policy is in place to protect our guests, our property owners, and the community. Pre-Authorisation / Security Deposit: A security bond or pre-authorisation will be required to cover accidental damage, breakages, or extra cleaning costs. Guests will be notified of the amount and method of payment prior to arrival. Any claims for damages will be documented and communicated clearly. Noise & No-Party Policy: All of our properties are located in residential areas and are subject to strict local noise regulations. Jan 17, 2026 Liked: Location, listing accuracy Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication The property was dirty, the surfaces were covered in dust, the floor had not been cleaned in a while. We found a huge bag of dirty laundry, plus a dirty jumper in the closet. The spare bed linen was dirty. The duvets on the beds had old stains. All that was done before we checked in was make the two beds. The sofa was called a sofa bed despite the fact that it does not turn into a bed. Which is really misleading. The property managers did not bother to come and see the state of the property when we raised the issues. They kept communicating by email even using my work email even if I told them not to . The main problem with this property is the poor management . And of cause poor customer service. Cleaning the property and listening to the guests should be some of the key areas to focus on but these were really poor. However everything else about the physical property was good. In the end to make our stay more comfortable we started off by cleaning the floors and the surfaces we needed to access. Then we had to incur extra costs to buy bed linen and an airbed since the sofa was not a sofa bed as indicated in the advert.I would advise the property management company to review their role and provide a better service for the future guests.Thanks. ##### Christine M.
