We are regular visitors to Canberra and always stay here. Accommodation is clean and tidy and the kitchen is amply stocked. It is a quiet area and only a 10 minute walk to shops, restaurants and cafes. William, the host, is a lovely man and always spoils us.

Perfect family accommodation Canberra.
Convenient quiet location, easy walk to Braddon shops and restaurants. Undercover off-street parking a great addition. William is the ultimate host, very welcoming and helpful not only on arrival but contactable throughout our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone travelling to Canberra in the future!

Lovely, just lovely
What a great spot. My family felt like they were staying in home away from home. Clean, well located, quiet and comfortable. Lovely fresh flowers when we arrived, bottle of wine, condiments for breakfast (cereal, including kid friendly options) bread, jam, butter, honey and so much of it. Not to forget the array of coffee, tea and hot chocolate. I will certainly stay here again in future. Thank you!!

Very quiet and private with Canberra Centre just a hop and a skip away! Walked to war memorial from the unit. Easy walk. Host lives on property but non intrusive at all. Appreciated breakfast supplies in the fridge, including eggs and coffee pods. Host contactable with prompt replies. Overall convenient location and comfortable. Would stay here again.

The unclear boundaries compounded by the owners residing in the adjacent unit, and the entrance and parking space, is an inconvenience during the stay. The absence of a dryer adds to the drawback.

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at William’s place. We found the flat very well located (10 min walk from the terrific Braddon shopping strip and only 5-10 min drive from the main Canberra attractions), comfortable, quiet and filled with lovely welcoming touches. We’d love to stay again on our next visit!

The apartment was very comfortable and welcoming. There was a great stock of breakfast foods and beverages and the gorgeous vase of flowers and bottle of wine were appreciated. The only enhancements I would suggest are related to safety for elderly guests. A rail in the bathroom and next to the toilet would have made it more manageable for my 91 year old mother. But it was otherwise perfect for our family group.

Quiet Gem
This imaculately presented unit boasts peace and quiet and is tucked away off road with gated safety. Upon arrival, guests were welcomed with a beautiful array of flowers and treats. Goodies stocked for coffee and breakfast. Fantastic position with a small walk to the city shops and lovely parks. Hosts were exceptional and I would recommend this property to all, and would defiantly book again.

Perfect for our needs
Very Well located, we enjoyed our stay. Restaurants are close, park just around the corner. The accomodation was warm, spacious, and very clean. The host has considered and supplied so many special touches to make a stay feel like a home away from home. (Comfortable beds, nice pillows, quality linen ….) Plus some lovely fresh surprises!! We feel very fortunate we booked here. Thank you for having us :) we would love to come back

Excellent Property
This Property was a very pleasant surprise. Our Host met us at the gate and explained about the remote control and key for the house for the entry and exit. The inside was a delight. Bright, very clean and well laid out. The next surprise was the fridge. It was well stocked with milk, bread, eggs and butter. There was a choice of cereals and coffee pods for the coffee machine and also tea bags. There was also a range of condiments in the cupboard. The location is quiet and secure. Not too far from the CBD. I cannot thank William enough for his care and attention to detail. I would recommend this Property and Host to anyone looking for accommodation in Canberra for either a short or long stay.

This was an excellent property that met the needs of my family. The property was clean, secure, comfortable and had all the basic supplies including breakfast supplies provided. The property owner was fantastic and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The property is in a great location within walking distance to the Civic centre.
