Ground floor apartment with a decent size courtyard and 2 allocated spaces in the underground carpark. Very easy walk to Civic. The only thing to be aware of is that the key needs to be collected and dropped off at Kingston. Lovely and comfortable apartment and in a good location to the city. The only negative I would mention is you have to drive out to Kingston to the real estate to pick up the key and then drive out there and drop them off which is not convenient especially if you are traveling for work interstate and don't have a car.
