Cosy, comfortable apartment block "Giulia". In the centre of Alba di Canazei, in a quiet position, 700 m from the skiing area. In the house: central heating system, heating available only from 01.Dec. - 01.May.. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking at the house. Supermarket 220 m, restaurant 200 m, café 43 m, bus stop 50 m, indoor swimming pool 2.1 km. Mountain railway, ski rental 700 m, ski bus stop 50 m, ice rink 650 m. Nearby attractions: Canazei 2 km, Campitello 5 km, Passo Pordoi 13 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Fedaia 10 km.  
"Condominio Giulia", 3-room apartment on 2nd floor, east facing position. Fully renovated in 2022, very practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with kitchen corner, bath/bidet/WC, hydro massage bath, TV and flat screen. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC. 1 room with 2 beds, 1 pull-out bed and TV.
