"Nice hotel convenient to the O2"
Enjoyed our stay and the staff was very helpful. However, we were led to believe that it was a relatively easy but long walk to the O2. This was not true at all. Not only was it long, it was through terrible construction sites and the staff should have been aware of that, especially with such a big event at the O2. Once we discovered it was easy to take the water bus to the venue, that was good, but the staff did not tell us about that. Otherwise, it was very nice. Expensive for what we got compared to USA standards but then we were expecting that.

"Excellent location for Docklands area - O2, Excel"
We picked the hotel for its proximity to the O2 (just a nice cable car ride away) and weren't disappointed. Well serviced by Docklands Light Railways so can link up with the tube for access to all of London. Hotel staff were efficient and friendly not that we needed them much. Room was a decent size, very clean and also comfortable.

Pocket Guide: Canary Wharf, London Pet-friendly Hotels

London’s 21st-century waterside business district, Canary Wharf is best known for its cutting-edge architecture, including the 50-storey obelisk-shaped skyscraper, One Canada Square. Get there by the Docklands Light Railway, with elevated tracks giving wonderful views into a world of glass and steel. By contrast, historic Greenwich, home to the National Maritime Museum, is just across the Thames. A foot tunnel links the two.
