"I was astounded at the water damage on the bathroom door considering the class of this hotel. When the hotel is booked solid, eating at the restaurants on the property is challenging, i.e. hour plus waits. And, whilst waiting, there is no opportunity for cocktails. Missing a huge revenue opportunity!"

"We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo. It was very nice. Staff was friendly. I loved the Rocky Mountain soaps and lotion. The place was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the pillows weren't that comfortable. They weren't the worst, but they weren't the best either. "
