"The staff was good,friendly. Helpfull. The pool and the terrasse behind are nice and clean. The room is very very old, scratched floors, and the administration apprently has no idea what « service » is. Ussualy when a hotel is doing rénovation they try to offer the best to theirs guests and make them feel confortable, however the administration doesnt care about courtesy. Ussual for the guests that have to deal with construction noise early in the morning and people changing carpetry, it is not very pleasent. At 10:40 they were knocking on our door steps, calling us to let us know they are doing the floors/carpets and etc and they would like us to leave faster… the repair guys were literally in the door waiting for us to leave. Guys check out is at 12. Elevators are blocked. We had to use the loundry elevator. Staff said they « were not able to find us » however we was not hard to find, and im pretty sure that at the reception they remember us well. Ussualy when repairs are expected you let your guests AWARE IN ADVANCE and well for the inconfortability some kind of discount is offered. Here nothing.. just pression to leave the hotel because of réparation. Verdict. The staff was allright, the board however doesnt have an idea what is hospitality. Will i come back to this place? Doubt it. Will i recommend it? Nope."

"I wanted to enjoy this hotel more. The pool view is what I enjoyed. However, there were not enough chairs to accommodate the guests and we had to sit on the uncomfortable wall. The keys continuously did not work for the elevator. When asking for help, it wasnt the easiest. On my last night stay, the housekeeper forgot to give me a bathmat. Having a restaurant on the location was ideal but I did not enjoy my meal. Again I wanted to love this place because it’s newer but it didnt meet my expectations"

"The hotel looks new and overall it was a good stay. Everything was fine except for one major issue: there was a very strong urine smell in our room. When we complained, they sent someone to spray an air freshener, but that did not solve the problem. We were told the hotel was fully booked and they could not move us to another room. Unfortunately, my husband ended up cleaning the area himself with a towel to get rid of the odor. At the very least, the hotel staff could have properly cleaned the room. If this issue had not occurred, our stay would have been perfect. Just be aware that if you encounter a problem, the hotel may not be able to resolve it adequately."
