It was brand new, located by a beautiful green space and the river. However it didn’t have the easiest drop off and pick up spot to catch a ride. The apartment was as cozy with the exception of the bed in which we woke up the first morning stiff and sore. They did accommodate us with a mattress topper but the bed was still incredibly uncomfortable.
