Over 4 nights the staff never made our beds once, our room was never vacuumed, our towels had been left on the floor for 2 days, garbage was taken out every other day, the remote didn’t work for the tv and had the batteries replaced, I was double charged for my stay and haven’t been refunded yet (was told 1-3 business days) and the staff was sleeping on shift on a make shift cot behind the desk. Overall, not a pleasant experience. The area however is very convenient.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is second floor above “strip mall”. Hallways were narrow, breakfast was cereal, bread, cookies, apples coffee/tea or orange juice. It was quiet.

There was dried pee all over the toilet seat, so I went to ask the front desk lady for some wipes/cleaning supplies, she told me it wasn't her job and that it's housecleaning's job, and said she couldn't help me whatsoever, so I grabbed napkins from the breakfast area to lay down on the toilet seat.. Door handles and light switches had barely been wiped down, lots of grunge buildup. Top of the dresser, next to the bed was sticky. Went to check for bed bugs lol found bloodstains all over the mattress, looked like somebody died there. There was long hairs on the pillow cases and bedsheets. The fan turning on every half hour to an hour is super loud.

Disappointing
Well first I had called for an early check in, as the function that we were in town for started at 2pm. I was told there would be an extra charge because house keeping isn’t finished until 3.... REALLY? And there is an extra charge for late check in....whatever. So as a result my husband left the function to ensure we checked in on time. The lobby entrance carpet was somewhat dirty, as well as the stairs leading to the second floor looked as if a vacuum hadn’t touched the corners in a very long time, the same went for the hallway and our room. A build up of dust along the edges where the food met the wall. The ‘view’ from our deck was disgusting: dark back alley, two overflowing dumpsters, someone sleeping on the grass, WOW did I feel safe. No one was present at the desk when we arrived for the night (10:30pm) now that is disturbing, what about security?

This place was overall disappointing and the site had garbage all over in the back. The rooms were not very clean the towels were not very clean. The best part was good shower pressure

The room was an absolute pigsty. The floor was disgusting and my son slept in someone elses blood on the sheets that we didnt notice until morning as the lights in the room are very dim. The bathroom floor was sticky. We put towels down so we didnt have to walk on it. The towels were stuck to the floor when we left. By far, the dirtiest hotel I've ever experienced and I will be aggressively seeking a refund.

Pleasantly surprised
I was pleasantly surprised. With the low cost, and some of the negative reviews I had read, I had expected much less. Yes, the furnishings were dated, but they still served their purposes well. The bathroom had been recently updated. The facility was clean, very quiet, and the staff were very friendly.

Room fan kept turning off & on & was very loud. The bed & pillow were uncomfortable. Only shampoo was provided, no conditioner. Light screen allowed light to shine in in the morning.

Let us check in early, which was awesome! Could use some updating; get rid of the carpet, new paint would do wonders, need new pillows & sheets. Fridge is noisy, door is squeaky. Toilet paper far away to reach. Have breakfast longer on weekends, wasn't even out of bed by 9:30 when it ended. For the price was ok.

Seemed like an unclear main entrance door. Wasn't sure if I was at the right building. Staff were very nice though. Building is due for a reno, A/C was good but a bit loud, but overall my stay was good.
