This unique \`Pod\` is perfect for a couples getaway. Amazing sunset views of the valley. Less than 20 minutes drive from Red River Gorge trails. Wifi, Tesla Charger, Firepit, paved road to the driveway. Easy to access, yet quiet and tranquil. Closest neighbors are almost a half a mile away. World class climbing and hiking trails are minutes away. Grocery store 10 minutes. All guests please follow these rules at all times. If you have any issues with the property, please contact us. We will work diligently to resolve the issue. - No smoking inside. Please do not leave any garbage outside, as wild animals might get into it. Your Stay includes linens, bath towels, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and basic toiletries. - Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products - Check-in at 3pm / Check-out at 11am - Any late check out is subjected to a late check out fee of $100 USD - If your late checkout exceeds two hours you will be charged for an additional day. This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day, it is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guest and preventing our housekeeping team from doing their jobs. - This additional day charge is the BASE RATE of the room without discounts that may have been applied - The sleeping occupancy limit for this property is 4 people - Broken, damaged, or missing items will also result in additional charges. Parking is in front. You are able to park trailers, UTV, etc. But please make sure you are not blocking any roads. Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. - If the house is damaged or dirty, in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous, guest would leave the house in, an additional $100 cleaning fee will be assessed. - Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks.
