Home with a private backyard. Front porch with seating. Lots of space and cozy. We offer a large television with cable as well as high speed internet. 1000 feet from one of the best amenity centers in the state. We are also a few feet from miles of hiking trails and 1/2 mile to a small ski hill with a lodge offering live music and food. There is one security camera installed outside. The house has a cool layout, it really expands the space in a clever way, with sort of 3 levels within 2 stories. Very close to the amenities, though don’t walk up the hill towards the condos, or you may run into the same unwelcoming fellow who felt the need to tell me and my 7yo son we are on private property and are not welcomed to stroll on it. The amenities are solid, though by Oct much of it is shut down. The indoor pool and hot tub remain open, as was the tennis and pickleball courts. It’s very comfortable, clean and furnished and decorated beautifully. It’s also very cool on hot days and we only used the AC one day. The convenient access to the community center at Waterville Estates allowed us to go there daily for a swim and to use the health center. This is the second summer we have rented at Frank’s house and plan on returning next summer. Frank is a really nice guy and extremely reliable in communicating with us and, I imagine, all his renters. I can’t recommend this house enough! ##### james f. Very clean, quiet and cozy. I was a bit surprised to find that it was a split level with a staircase leading to the living room and small stairs to the other bedrooms. We traveled with a crawling infant and eldery dog, which made having stairs a bit difficult. I went back and reviewed the listing and there's no mention of stairs or photos indicating that it's multiple stories. Otherwise, it was a great place. ##### Aaron S. We visited the rec center every day and the kids loved swimming in the pools, plus the bunk beds on the bottom floor of the property. The house was sized just right for our needs and had everything we needed. Frank was an excellent host, and kept in touch via text to make sure we had all the info we might need. ##### Caitlin L. The community center pools and bar were amazing. It felt like we were staying in a resort. Hiking trails were beautiful. We cooked in the kitchen and on the Webber grill outside, enjoyed the nice AC units inside, and overall had an unforgettable experience! Love it... ##### Grant W.
