Property Summary  
Frijoles is a beautiful, cosy house that was renovated in 2022. It offers a private, fenced property of 500 m2 with a seasonal swimming pool, outdoor shower, and yard. You'll enjoy amenities like Internet Wifi and a tennis court nearby. The property is located in the residential district of Dalt Sa Rapita, just 1 km from the center of Sa Ràpita.  
  
Outdoors  
Relax in the private, fenced property spanning 500 m2, complete with an angular swimming pool (5 x 2 m) available seasonally from January 1st to December 31st. Take a refreshing outdoor shower after a dip in the pool, and let the owner/gardener handle the pool maintenance. Explore the nearby walking paths just 2 km from the vacation rental.  
  
Other Information  
Frijoles is suitable for families and seniors, but the owner does not accept groups or youth groups. A car is recommended for your stay. The property is situated 1 km from the edge of the forest, 1 km from the sea, and 1 km from the beach. It's a 10-minute walk to the center of Sa Ràpita and 12 km from the center of Campos, Spain.

You will be staying in a 3-room house that spans 100 square meters and has a south-facing position. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults and was recently renovated in 2022, ensuring a bright, cozy, and beautifully furnished interior. The living and dining area boasts a panoramic window with a dining table and satellite TV, leading out to a terrace and patio. There are 2 double bedrooms, each equipped with 2 beds measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm long, and a bathroom/WC. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as air conditioning and forced-air heating. Additionally, there is a separate shower/WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
The amenities included in your vacation rental are Air Conditioning, Washing Machine, Barbecue, Dishwasher, Satellite TV, Heat Available, Microwave, Television, with a maximum capacity of 4 guests. The house features 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You will also have access to electric heating, a roofed terrace of 30 square meters with a south-facing position, terrace furniture, deck chairs, and a covered balcony overlooking the swimming pool and garden.
