The hotel is close to Capivari and the staff is friendly. However the first room I was given was terrible! The safe did not work, it was noisy, dark, the shower leaked, the floor was in very bad condition and dusty in general. Fortunately, after complaining several times, I was able to change my room for a room with a view on the third floor, paying the difference of course! If you want to stay in this hotel pay for rooms with balcony or on the third level otherwise it is best yo avoid it.

Three night stay
Very well situated to walk to the center of town and also the other direction to the cute candy stores that are decorated very cute. Pillows were a little too hard. My room had a big balcony with two beautiful windows that were hinged and nice shutters if you want some air and privacy. Also curtains. The buffet breakfast makes it a good deal.

Experiência terrível em um hotel péssimo
Fomos para apartamento diferente do reservado. Além disso, toalhas velhas e sujas, travesseiros sujos e fronhas sujas, banheiro com porta que não fechava, quarto sem janela (como na foto da venda), banheiro que molhava o quarto na hora do banho, sofá velho e sujo. Funcionários atenciosos, mas que nada resolviam. E o gerente ficou escondido, sem se aparecer para resolver os problemas. Um lixo de hotel que não recomendo nem para meus inimigos. Péssima experiência.
A reserva mostrava uma foto com uma janela grande e o nosso apartamento tinha isso aí.
