It is situated on the very top of a beautiful Marche hill very close (4/5 mins drive) to the pleasant and calm beach of Marina di Campofilone and close to the village of Campofilone renown for its "maccheroncini". You’ll love our place for the light, the coziness, the beautiful views of the sea, the hills and countryside, the mountains, its true peacefulness. Mondomini is good for couples, artists and writers, bikers and solo adventurers. We speak fluently English, French, Italian. Our guests will have access to a rather large apartment (120 sqm) furnished with charme, consisting of living room w/fireplace, large historic kitchen newly equipped w/fireplace, fresh and relaxing porch, panoramic terrace, confy double bedroom and a beautiful and newly equipped bathroom. Upon request, and with an additional fee, it is possible to prepare a comfortable double day bed in the living room or/and another independent double bedroom with bathroom. The apartment faces a large porch which is cool and ventilated. The historical country kitchen with fireplace is wide and fascinating. The terrace among the olive trees with view over the sea is ideal for relaxing after a day of tourism or at sea and to have wonderful dinners with family and friends. Das Haus steht mitten zwischen Olivenbäumen. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer, kann aber auch den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Das alles oberhalb des Ortes in (fast) völliger Ruhe. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und hat viel Charme, ohne dass Komfort zu vermissen ist. Der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Ein frei zugänglicher Sandstrand ist in fünf Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wirklich ein kleines Paradies. ##### Karin O. The property is lovely, with tons of views and private corners that offer variety and tranquillity. I spent a perfect weekend walking through the vineyards and olive trees, sitting in Livia’s flower-filled garden, going to the nearby beach. This lovely location combines seaside, countryside and mountains in the distance. Livia maintains the property impeccably! The large terrace offers sweeping views over the sea and the hilly landscape of the Marche. The apartment in the historic building surrounded by olive groves is furnished with extraordinary taste and ideal for two people. In front of the large living room opens a spacious loggia with shady places even in the hottest lunchtime. Livia is an attentive hostess who not only provides guests with good restaurant tips, etc. A beach with Bagni is about 5 minutes away by car, but the Marche, with its wonderfully cultivated landscape and the historic Borghi, offers enough places to spend an interesting and relaxing holiday even outside the bathing season. ##### Frosch B. Perfect both for a family holiday and for couples. The house is comfortable fully furnished and the big garden is a perfect place where to spend time, read and listen to music. I stayed twice, the first time in June 2018 and in both cases the weather was great and I had a wonderful time. During the evenings you can visit small villages and taste delicious local food in nice restaurant suggested by Livia Our two days vacations in Livia's house were really fantastic and we will come back. soon. ##### angela v.
