A welcoming, colorful, and bright apartment in a villa, 250 meters from the beach and 10 minutes from Cefalù. This two-room semi-attic apartment is located on the first floor and comprises:  
Private terrace equipped with a table, chairs, loungers, and a barbecue where you can enjoy your freshly grilled fish; Double bedroom; Full bathroom (shower height approx. 1.78 cm); Kitchen-living room with two single beds; Attic storage room; Outdoor shower.  
AVAILABLE AMENITIES: 1 private indoor parking space within the residence, washing machine, 2 air conditioners, television, mosquito nets, Wi-Fi, barbecue, outdoor shower, and beach umbrella.  
  
Conceived and designed for a pleasant holiday, full of reasons to never get bored, and easy to reach the beauty of Sicily with the motorway access just about 4 km away.  
\- IN THE SURROUNDING AREA: Bar, pub, restaurant, pizzeria, 4 supermarkets, train station, gas station. Also 1 km away is the Campofelice di Roccella seafront with several dining options and beautiful beach clubs.  
\- In the surrounding villages, markets and various festivals are held on different days, offering countless tastings of typical and local products from our region. Remember that Sicily is also FOOD :)  
\- RELAXATION ACTIVITIES not to be missed: SUP, surfing and snorkeling in the blue sea of ​​Cefalù; ATV excursions along the trails of the Madonie Natural Park; boat excursions; raft excursions to the Tiberio Gorges; Adventure Park; Water Park, Wellness Center, Sailing and scuba diving, Pedal boat and canoe rentals, gym facilities, and much more.  
Outside the complex, you can enjoy walks surrounded by nature, away from the noise of cars.
