Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows and bed coverings. Master bedroom features private en suite bathroom and Smart HDTV. The next morning a fat naked man was threatening and approaching us and found out lives two doors down. Door handle to kids bedroom covered with dirt & yellow substance. Sheets on beds were dirty with fresh stains, pots were burnt & not cleaned. Cockroaches running around in kitchen & bathroom. Immediately called Vrbo who connected me to host & all I got was “our team will review pictures received from you & will get back to you shortly”. Host offered NO assistance & only gave me the run around. I am now dealing with credit card company to get my refund. ##### Janet P.
