Climbing on the ramps that lead to the Vallebuia area, it offers a relaxed and informal environment. The large space in front of the property, partially sheltered by a large canopy, allows you to enjoy life in the open air, to eat meals outdoors thanks to the presence of a table and garden chairs. The kitchen overlooking the patio is composed of an induction hob, a convenient microwave oven, washing machine and fridge with freezer. Via a convenient external staircase through a small door with lock you access the sleeping area consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobe. A small but functional bathroom with a window completes the first floor. Via a spiral staircase you access the second mezzanine bedroom, equipped with a double bed and a single bed that offers a fifth bed if necessary, a small additional wardrobe allows for additional storage. The sleeping area is served by an air conditioning unit that offers relief from the summer heat to both environments. A few steps from the property there is a private shaded space where it is possible to park up to two cars. Its elevated position and relative distance from the summer chaos offers the possibility of enjoying peace and tranquility while being very close to the most famous beaches in the area, Fetovaia, Seccheto, Cavoli. Those who enjoy tracking routes and nature walks can find paths suitable for beginners or for the more experienced right outside the door. Other sports and recreational activities available are cycling and mountain biking. The walking route to the restaurants is mentioned as '13 minutes'. This means walking very fast down hill (!). It took me 20 minutes in the early morning. Up hill it will take much more minutes.The apartment smelled very bad. The odour of an old place and/or sewer problems made it necassary to open 20 hrs a day the windows of the 1st and 2nd floor. With this treatment it was doable to sleep in the room on the 1st floor.The bedrooms are small, older (seventies/eighties of last century) and have too many wardrobe/cupboards. The double bed had a freestanding bed frame.The outsite table and facilities of the apartment were good, except a wooden spoon in the kitchen was missing for the non-stick coating pans.The price of the apartment (although beginning of augustus) is not cheap and too much for this apartment.Because of the smell, the price, we will not come again. ##### Birgit v.
