Das Gartentor ist wegen Pflanzenwuchsnicht verschließbar gewesen, wurde nachgebessert!"Patio" ist mit Kies aufgefüllt, keine Liege(n), Balkontisch mit abgeblättertem Lack und einem kaputten Tischbein,nur unbequeme Klappstühle! Im Innenbereich: fehlende bzw. defekte Glühbirnen (der Tisch und eine Birne wurden nach deutlichem Protest instandgesetzt), Dunstabzug defekt, 1 Gasflamme defekt, die Waschtischarmaturen am Griffverschlissen (Verletzungsgefahr), eine auf dem Foto erkennbare Spülmaschine ist mit einem Winkelblech gegen Benutzung verschraubt! In einer Schublade einesKleiderschranks und am Fußboden eines Schlafraumes lebendes (!) Ungeziefer, dito in einem WC! Unter dem - nicht funktionierendem TV - liegen wochenalte ungeöffnete, amtliche Briefe an den vermutlichen Inhaber (!) Keine Wein- bzw. Sektgläser, keine Wasserkaraffe sowie Teekanne.Keine schriftliche Gästeinfo (Norufnummern etc.)!Keine aktuelle Beschreibung der Müllentsorgung!Das Fenster des Schlafraumes im EG ist nicht verriegelbar! Alles wirkt verwahrlost und ungepflegt!(abgewetzte Möbelkanten, vergilbter WC-Sitz, gammligerKühlschrank mit ausgebrochenem Fach in der Türe).Das Wohnung ist in miserablem, ungepflegtem Zustandund den Mietpreis nicht wert !!
