The apartment, situated on the first floor, features a spacious living room with a sofa bed (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa.) and elegant wooden finishes. Large French doors fill the room with natural light and open directly onto the lakefront terrace, where you can immerse yourself in the serene beauty of the stunning landscape. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and includes a practical peninsula with two seats, perfect for cooking or a quick snack. The property offers two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a single bed, both with direct views of the lake. The spacious, well-furnished bathroom includes double sinks and a modern walk-in shower. From the shared garden surrounding the property, you have direct access to the lake. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast. Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment. Guests have the access of the whole apartment. Free Wi-Fi available. The apartment does not have private parking, but there are paid public parking spaces approximately 50 meters from the property.
