Hotel diz ser Pet friendly, porém não tem um pote sequer de água em todo hotel. Inclusive não oferecem pontinhos para uso no quarto. Já estive em outros hotéis Pet friendly que entregam os pontinhos para uso no quarto, mas este não. Também achei o colchão da cama mole, parece ser bem antigo. Atendimento e limpeza estavam bons. Café da manhã excelente!

Hotel muito bom, tratamento dos funcionários exemplar, recepção Maria Alice Faria muito educada e solicita. Sobre o café da manhã não vi melhor que esse hotel , Sandra Coelho é muito eficiente e prestativa. Aliás não tenho nada a reclamar dos funcionários, inclusive os manobristas. Péssimo - Uma estrela seria muito

Hotel parado no tempo, sem manutenção, limpeza dos abajur com crosta de poeira toalhas manchadas, lençol da cama com cabelo indicando que provavelmente não foi trocado. Cama péssima, colchão deformado e duro, travesseiro ruim, Box sem um dos vidros quando toma banho o banheiro vira uma lagoa de tanta água que cai fora. Estacionamento cobrado a parte da estadia, apenas um manobrista o serviço deixar o carro e também retirar o carro devido a falta de funcionário é muito demorado. Frigobar é abastecido não tem produto se a gente quiser tem pedir na recepção ou seja horrível.

O Hotel tem boa estrutura, no entanto precisa urgente de reformas. Fiquei em um "quarto premium" e tinha itens não funcionando, a televisão é modelo antigo, hidromassagem bem antiga. Enfim, precisa de manutenção e atualização. Os funcionários são muito gentis. O café da manhã fantástico, boa localização.

Muito bom hotel, o quarto era bem grande e espaçoso. O único ponto negativo que notei é que na cama queen havia um ponto rígido no meio, causa um pouco de desconforto. A localização é excelente, há até uma igreja católica na porta.
