the Trilocale (without garden) is located on the first floor of the building and enjoys a panoramic view from the LIVING ROOM. The entrance is in the living room, furnished with table and chairs, dresser, sofa bed and TV area. The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer and all amenities. Upper floor: 1 double room with sloping ceilings and 1 small room with 2 beds. Shower / bidet / toilet. Air conditioning (extra 11 euros per day).  
  
Free Wi-Fi connectivity in communal areas, a pool with a beautiful panoramic solarium, a tennis court and bowling alley, a large play area, a common barbeque area available.

On the border between the Etruscan Coast and the Maremma, immersed in the quiet of the countryside and a step of the emotions of the sea, it stretches along the side of a hill always pleasantly breezy Antico Borgo Casalappi, a struttuta with 42 apartments obtained from a 'careful renovation of an authentic village of 900.  
The apartments available are unique items, refurbished in a warm Tuscan style, with exposed beams and rafters, vaults and Volterra, all furnished and equipped for the comfort of our guests. I dispose of two and three-room apartment. Most apartments have a terrace or a garden and others, arranged the first floor, enjoy a panoramic view of the countryside and the island of Elba.  
At the disposal of my guests, free wireless connectivity, the pool with a beautiful panoramic solarium, tennis court and bowling green, a large play area and trained staff to help you discover our beautiful area  
  
THE VILLAGE. THE ANCIENT VILLAGE CASALAPPI covers eight hectares near the manor house and castle. The old buildings have been restored with volumes, shapes and different location depending on usage respecting the original Tuscan tradition, maintaining unchanged the charm of stone, bricks and clay roof tiles.  
The hamlet is located on the hills overlooking the Isle of Elba, surrounded by wheat fields, olive groves and sunflowers, enriched with fine finishes and common areas made of finely lighted walkways, squares decorated with elegant flower beds and benches, from a semicircular pool with sun terrace overlooking the entire valley, tennis court, bowling alley and a large play area for children. The structure is immersed in a context of great scenic and artistic / cultural, facing a sea with beautiful beaches such as Torre Mozza, Carboniferous, Gulf of Baratti, etc.  
You can admire in the immediate vicinity Medieval countries such as Campiglia Marittima, Suvereto and Massa Marittima, in addition to the Etruscan necropolis of Baratti and the promontory.  
The proximity of the Venturina Thermal Center is a place of special interest for relaxation and body care.  
For the amusement of your children, near the Water Park of Cecina and Follonica where you can spend pleasant days between slides and splash and the unforgettable playground Cavallino Matto Donoratico, the GREEN playground of Tuscany.  
The location is ideal for:  
 families who have a lodging with all the comforts of home, a play in which leave to express their own children and hospitals, supermarkets, drugs and all the amenities one step  
 lovers of the countryside: in the kilometers you will see only campaign, typically Tuscan with sunflowers, olive trees, wheat ...

Food and Wine: The area surrounding the village is full of very famous and visited wineries such as the magnificent Petra Winery, often the subject of exhibitions such as Oliviero Toscani. A thousand local farmers can buy their freshly picked produce. The pastures of the area are full of Chianina cows and meat selling small local butchers are often products of the highest value. Myriad restaurants of meat and fish will make your evenings pleasant when you do not want to use the barbecue. Alternatively, events and festivals in the hot season.  
  
Biking and nature trails: The hills are ideal haven for lovers of cycling and walking. Visit a medieval village or lost in the parks Sterpaia or Montione, rather than spot hares and pheasants.
