Does the job

We arrived very late and stayed for just the night. The desk were Helpfull and the bellboy helped us. Other than that - clearly a place to crash for the night while traveling from point A to point B, with reasonable conditions

Bien. Solo que para entrar al hotel con vehículo no encontré letrero que me avisara que tenía que tomar la lateral más atrás y se pasa uno la entrada sin poder girar. Poner anunció antes.

Hotel agradable, cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado.

En 2 días pude disfrutar campeche, al llegar al hotel nos recibieron amablemente, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. El desayuno muy bueno, del hotel caminamos al centro histórico y en la calle 59 que permanece cerrada en las noches y en el que se cena muy rico. También disfrutamos la piscina y su trampolín de clavados.

En general bastante bien el lugar, el problema encontrado fue que las llaves de los cuartos no servían por lo que había que esperar a que abriera el bell boy

Considero que el hotel está un poco descuidado. Muy mal olor en de las alfombras de los pasillos. El rededor del botón del piso dos para el a sensor muy sucio,baño con limpieza a medias con polvo en puertas de que se ve que no la mueven. blancos muy percudidos En términos generales les falta mucha limpieza

Buena estancia a pesar de problemas tecnicos

La estancian fue Buena porque el personal es muy atento y servicial. Tenian unos problemas tecnicos: un elevador no funcionaba y no podian programar las llaves de las habitaciones. Un concierge tenia que habrir con llave maestra cada vez que se necesitaba acceder la habitacion. Pero a pesar de todo eso, fue muy agradable.

Great view

Some areas need updating (frayed carpets). Small irritants in room included a security lock that had to be lifted to shut room door, bent hinge screws on closet door so it would not close tightly and magnetic room keys needed to be re keyed three times before they reliably worked. Staff was uniformly polite and cordial. Good value for the price. Ask for room with pool and sea view. Pool was attractive and big enough to actually swim in, and not crowded while we were there. We did not use restaurant (looked busy with tour groups), so no opinion on food.

La relación precio -calidad de este hotel es muy buena, tiene una excelente ubicación frente al malecón y a unos pasos de la puerta de mar de la ciudad amurallada.

Puente en familia

Hotel en buena zona, limpio y cómodo. Lo único mejorable es el estacionamiento pues de primera impresión piensas que ya no hay pero no hay un señalamiento DNd diga que en la parte de atrás esta otro estacionamiento mas grande
