The villa, decorated with local designs and elements, offers a traditional style and is divided into two levels, providing spacious and comfortable vacation accommodation. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities and appliances you might need during your holiday. There is also a single bedroom with an extra bed for a second person and a full bathroom. Enjoy unlimited free WIFI during your stay. On the first floor, there is a bright double bedroom and an equally bright twin bedroom, sharing a bathroom in between. Additionally, there is another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and excellent views of the pool and the mountains. All rooms include hot/cold air conditioning, available for use at any time of the day or night, ensuring your maximum comfort. From the kitchen, doors open to the north-facing front terrace, partially covered by a porch, ideal for outdoor dining. There is a large wooden table available near the pool, perfect for sunbathing. There is also a house built with local stone where you can cook on the barbecue. You will enjoy views of the Tramuntana Mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Relax by the pool and in the sunbed area with the mountains as a beautiful backdrop. The villa is set on a large plot, partially protected by hedges, plants, and shrubs. The villa is just a 10-minute walk from the center of the old town of Campanet, a small and cozy village on top of a hill. In this picturesque village, you will find a variety of cafés, traditional restaurants, bars, and many typical shops with cozy atmospheres and folklore. On Tuesdays, you can visit the outdoor market and find fresh produce. Other points of interest in the town include the Campanet Caves, the natural water springs of Ufanes, and the Sant Miquel Chapel, one of the oldest on the island. The nearby Monnaber Nou Agrotourism offers a restaurant with incredible views. There is a large supermarket located a 10-minute drive away. The old town of Pollensa and the beach at Puerto Alcudia are some of the nearby resorts, located a 20-minute drive from here. The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Playa de Muro are also the same distance away. This villa is perfect for those who do not wish to drive everywhere, thanks to the proximity of Campanet and its center. However, a car is recommended for those who like to explore, as there is much to discover around Chalet Alqueria Alt. \* \* \* \* \* Cleaning service, pool towels and a welcome basket is provided for free with every reservation. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend, man hat von der Villa aus eine tolle Sicht auf die Natur. Der Pool war das allerbeste, an manchen Tagen sind wir den ganzen Tag dort geblieben. Die Terrasse ist auch super, da man da immer Schatten hatte, wir haben quasi draußen gelebt. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, wir haben mehrmals gekocht und gegrillt dort. Toll auch, dass es dort Handtücher und Poolhandtücher gab. Wir hatten nur wenige Anliegen und diese wurden sehr schnell und freundlich beantwortet und gelöst. Check-in und Check-out waren total einfach, da Schlüsselbox. Mit dem Auto fährt man in nur 25 Minuten zum Playa de Muro, für uns der beste Strand für Kinder. ##### Renate L. Wir waren zu siebt in der Villa Alqueria Alt und haben dort fünf schöne Tage verbracht. Die Schlaf- und Badezimmer waren sehr sauber. Hand- und Badetücher wurden gestellt. Die Küche war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch wir wurden mit einem Präsentkorb (Wein, Orangen, Zitronen, Toast, Marmelade, ...) begrüßt. Das Highlight ist allerdings die Außenanlage! Besonders gefallen haben uns der große und saubere Pool, die Bepflanzung des Gartens, die Tischtennisplatte, der Grill und die Terrasse zum Essen. Die Finca lässt sich gut mit dem Mietwagen erreichen. Bis nach Campanet sind es zwei Minuten mit dem Auto oder 15 bis 20 zu Fuß. In dem Ort ist wenig los, aber es gibt ein paar gute Restaurants und einen gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Agentur Owl Booking können wir nur positiv bewerten, da wir auf alle Anfragen stets eine schnelle Rückmeldung erhalten haben. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Einfahrt auf das Grundstück der Finca ist beim ersten Mal ein bisschen schwierig zu finden und könnte auf der Karte/Wegbeschreibung einfacher beschrieben sein :) Insgesamt können wir das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen. ##### Tanja T. Séjour de 5 nuits en juin 2019 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Voyageur vérifié 6 nov. 2018 #### Traumhafte Finca mit großem Pool in absoluter Ruhe. Wir waren 10 Tage in der Villa Alqueri. Es ist eine traumhafte Finca mit allem was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Eine große Küche (mit Spülmaschine ;-)) ist vorhanden. Draußen hat man einen Frühstückstisch am Pool mit morgendlicher Sonne. Eine weitere Terrasse, eher für den Abend, ist vollständig überdacht. Sehr gute Kommunikation, man wird mit Wein und Früchten empfangen. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Was noch zu beachten ist: Da ist es sehr ländlich ist, gibt es auch einige Mücken. Wir hatten jeden Morgen 4-5 neue Stiche festgestellt -> Also an einen Mückenschutz denken. Ansonsten ein traumhafter Urlaub, eine tolle Finca mit vielen Extras. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Tipp an den Besitzer: Das Bett im OG (rechts) müsste mal getauscht werden. Es ist eine Maillorca-typische Unterkunft mit toller Ausstattung. Everything was well equipped, organized and clean and the managing people were really helpful, we even got a small welcome package when we arrived. The Villa itself offers plenty of space, a big pool and a beautiful, small garden. It is located near the small nice village Campanet, which is within walking distance - at the same time it's calm and one can relax and get away from all the hazzle. Campanet is at walking distance, which has some nice cafes and restaurants, a very local environment. Playa de Muro beach is worth a visit for its clean water. ##### Jhon T.
