This spacious four-bedroom vacation home, accommodating up to eight people, stands out for its privileged setting, its ample and beautiful outdoor spaces, and its rustic yet elegant character, so typical of the island of Mallorca. Undoubtedly, the perfect place to relax in a peaceful environment with views of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, and cool off in its huge private pool. The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the spacious living-dining room and the fully equipped kitchen, both spaces directly connected to the covered outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy the island's good weather. On this same floor, you will also find an entrance hall, a complete bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom with air conditioning and access to the garden, as well as an outdoor bathroom with shower. On the upper floor are the other three double bedrooms, all with air conditioning, a complete bathroom with bathtub, and a small study area where you can read or work in peace. All bedrooms have views of the outdoor areas of the estate.
