"They have lovely grounds with labeled plants and trees on the property, beautifully landscaped. Many places to walk to and explore. The airstream bar with food you can order is very convenient. Also a free shuttle is available to drive you to dinner reservations in town- or just to take you shopping. A nice restaurant is just walking distance away. Try to reserve a one story cottage for a quiet retreat. This place is great quality for your money."

Difficult for me to get to, way to many steps up for me. My 9nly complaints would be the Television was very old and needed updating g for streamung, and my Verizon service had very few bars. Our room in general needed some updating, I know they are working at that, so give them some grace. Again I would give the staff mire stars if I could"

"I was very disappointed with my stay due to the cleanliness of the rooms and how the situation was handled by staff. The first night we arrived, our room was extremely dirty. I immediately notified the front desk, but was told there were no other rooms available and that I would have to wait until the morning to speak with a manager. The next day, I spoke with the manager and we were switched to another room. Unfortunately, as soon as I entered the new room, I noticed it was also dirty. I went back to the front desk and asked a staff member to come see the room with me so they could understand what I was talking about. He apologized and assured me the room would be cleaned while we were out for the day, and also said they would provide the extra pop-up crib I had requested. When we returned that afternoon, the room was still dirty and there was no crib. When I asked about it, I was simply told they had run out of cribs and there was nothing they could do about the room because housekeeping had already left for the day. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor follow-through, and inconvenience made for a very frustrating experience."
