« When we arrived at the house on 7/11/2025 night we were pleasantly surprised by how lovely the house looked! It was clean and roomy. My great grand daughter was so excited because she could investigate everything. The air conditioner was on so the house was cool . Which was great. The one and only issue, was not having a good supply of bath towels, kitchen towelsAnd wash clothes. We found that you having work done throughout the house. It was great and we all had comfortable sleep...

« Beautiful property. Very private and lots of land with great view. Loved sitting out on the deck and enjoying the surroundings. It’s a great place for stargazing. Added bonus: The beds are really comfortable with high quality pillows. »

« Our first day there we had 3 large bull elk in the yard…we sat and watched them for about 40 mins. Home is very nice and well maintained and they had everything you needed right there. Enjoyed our stay very much! »

« We spent a long weekend venturing around the area and staying at this lovely property! I was surprised when pulling up that neighboring houses were not too far away but there was not much going on around us or noise to be heard. The property was large, the water close by (but not dangerously so,) and the space was gorgeous and relaxing. It was a perfect place for our family with young kiddos (ages 6-8) Exactly as described and as the pictures show! »

« The place is great. Clean, modern, with great amenities inside and outside. The beds were comfortable and the place has a huge yard, a fire pit, a nice deck, and an easy path to the water. Emporium is charming and the surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. I'll stay again if my work or life brings me back. »

« Our stay was just what we needed. Easy access to multiple venues in the area we visited. Would definitely stay again when in the area. Jennifer was great with answering any and all questions quickly. »

« The house was great, even in 90 degree weather with no a/c, fans blowing in the cooler air from the stream kept the house very comfortable. You can see plenty of stars from the property, so we were able to sit by the fire and stargaze intead if freezing our toes off at cherry springs. The mattresses were fantastic, which is not always the case in vacation rentals. The only feedback I have is the water softener maybe? « 15 members of our family stayed at Rich Valley Estate from August 9-15 2025.Check in couldn't have been easier. What a fabulous home, plenty of room(s) to sleep, gather or separate yourself to read, take a nap, watch TV or get some work in. The property is beautiful, we explored it on foot and with 4 wheelers. The swimming hole is a beautiful spot, but our kids preferred a pool which we discovered at Sizerville State Park - just a few minutes away. At night we had fires in the fire pit, showed...

« Vrbo needs to also provide a phone number to the property owner, the auto door lock didn't work and the message about the key being in the mailbox went to my junk file and it wasn't seen right away. Other wise it was a great stay. »
