We purchased this condo for our family and friends to relax and enjoy making memories with one another and we would like to share it with you! Now is the time to relax and enjoy some family time, catch a fish, swing a club at one of the many golf courses or take a hike on the nearby trails at Ha Ha Tonka State Park or Lake of the Ozarks State Park. Ballparks National is only 7 miles away! Our condo is in the gated Cedar Heights Condominiums right off Hwy 54\. There are 2 pools located in the complex. Bedroom 1 has a king bed with an attached full bathroom and a door to the balcony. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a T.V. along with a pocket door to the main bathroom. Bedroom 3 (upstairs) has a queen bed and a full bed along with a T.V. The loft has a day bed with a trundle bed along with some games to enjoy. We have plenty of room to just hang out with a cup of coffee, relax and make some memories. \*\*We are on the top floor. It would have been helpful to know up front that access was via 3 flights of stairs. Also, parking is extremely limited. I had to park a significant distance uphill from our condo. I have a heart issue and arthritis in my knees, so walking uphill/upstairs in the heat was an issue. Otherwise, I loved the property. The Condo was very clean and provided plenty of space for our family of four but easily could hold 10 people. The views of the water were gorgeous and the pools were very nice and convenient. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and was a very accommodating host during our short stay for a baseball tournament. We would highly recommend booking this property and will likely be booking it again in the near future. ##### Beau S. The condo was clean and spacious with plenty of beds. The pool was really nice and you can’t beat the view from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again. ##### Hayley M.
