What a great location is this 2 bedroom 2 bath waterfront condo at Miramar Condominiums! It's at the 3 mile marker of the Niangua Arm at the Niangua Bridge in Camdenton! Only 8 steps down to the unit you will enjoy the kitchen stocked with everything you would need to stay for a couple days or a week or more! The Laundry/Utility room located adjacent to kitchen. Dining Room seats 6 people with 3 more at the breakfast bar. Great for a good meal or a game of cards! The Living Room includes flat screen TV, recliner, great lake view and deck access! The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed, ceiling fan, deck access and private bathroom with tub/shower and double sinks. The guest room features a Queen bed, closet with Queen double high air mattress and access to the Guest bathroom. This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 people! Out on the deck, besides that great lake view, enjoy the conversation seating, string lights, ceiling fan and electric grill!
