The two homes that comprise this property can be rented separately or together. THINGS TO KNOW This is a seven-night minimum stay rental. This vacation rental only includes the second-floor home. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Amenities are up to date, except the doors swing fast and are loud. Downstairs tenants can be heard at some points not overwhelmingly noise. The stairs are a workout but not over burden. Its just a few hundred yards from downtown, restaurants shops etc and right next to harbor park. Overall feel of this place was clean and well done witnout being overdone.
