Onsite parking for 2 cars no street parking anytime day or night. The maximum number of people we permit (adults and children) is five total. The property is located on Warrenton Street, Rockport Maine. 2 miles north of downtown Rockland, 5 miles south of downtown Camden and One mile from the Samoset Resort, Country Club and Golf Course, 1.75 miles to the Rockland Breakwatern Lighthouse and 2.5 miles to Rockland Public Golf Course. Beach/Anti-Gravity chairs are available upon request. One can take the chairs down to the water to sit or lounge while watching the passing sailboats and the world go by or just lounge and relax in the sun on the back lawn. Please let us know when you arrive if you will need some chairs. The property has Wi-Fi and HBO, Showtime and NFL Network . Wake up to sunrise each morning, spectacular views of Penobscot Bay and the Islands beyond. Watch the sunrise as another beautiful day unfolds in Maine. Private Water access is from behind the house through the backyard to the a small sandy and rocky beach of Clam Cove where one can collect lots sea glass and sea treasures. Full kitchen with 12 in 1 multi function air fryer, dual function coffee maker, tea kettle, granite counters breakfast/dining bar with 5 stools, washer and dryer, living room , televisions, wood floors. Wireless Internet. Deck with deck furniture and Gas Grill to enjoy family dining on the ocean. Primrose Apartment B has two stories with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with one king bed in each bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower and bath combo. The downstairs bedroom may not be suitable for couples as it is not too private. All bedrooms have window air conditioners and white noise machines. From the kitchen you can access the deck which has 5 easy chairs, large glass top table and gas grill with a side burner. The view from the deck is wide open ocean and also the deck has privacy fencing on both side to ensure guest privacy. We do not accept pets or animals. Pets or animals are not permitted anywhere on the property, inside, on the deck, backyard or anywhere on the grounds. No parties or large gatherings allowed Primrose B is non-smoking, no vaping and no use of e-cigarettes. The deck overlooks the loveliest view. Sunset was glorious with colors and sailboats and two sweet herons. The property is comfortable and sparklng clean. The only tricky part is that in order to get to the bedrooms upstairs, you have to walk through the third bedroom which can be awkward if the person in that room wants to sleep in. A quaint location on the ocean with a private beach. Beautiful views. Plenty of room to spread out. Lots of amenities so we didn't need to get anything other than groceries. My only real knock would be to have a cupboard for food items, since the bar was for eating and the counter space was fairly full. ##### Teressa B. Our flight got a bit late and Alex and Siobhán were gracious and kind. They met us with the keys and went over the information needed. The house was extremely clean, well stocked with towels, dishes and other necessities. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms had lots of storage space, outside deck was great for morning coffee and the beach behind the house was a great spot for my 3-year old to explore. Of note, the house does have two other rentals within it, so we did have “neighbors” but were not able to hear them at all throughout our stay. The house sits on a beautifully groomed hill overlooking Glen Cove. It is within walking distance of Breakwater lighthouse. This was the perfect location to stay while exploring the vistas of Maine.
