Onsite parking for 2 cars no street parking anytime day or night. The maximum number of people we permit (adults and children) is five total. The property is located on Warrenton Street, Rockport Maine. 2 miles north of downtown Rockland, 5 miles south of downtown Camden and One mile from the Samoset Resort, Country Club and Golf Course, 1.75 miles to the Rockland Breakwatern Lighthouse and 2.5 miles to Rockland Public Golf Course. Beach/Anti-Gravity chairs are available upon request. One can take the chairs down to the water to sit or lounge while watching the passing sailboats and the world go by or just lounge and relax in the sun on the back lawn. Please let us know when you arrive if you will need some chairs. The property has Wi-Fi and HBO, Showtime and NFL Network . Wake up to sunrise each morning, spectacular views of Penobscot Bay and the Islands beyond. Watch the sunrise as another beautiful day unfolds in Maine. Private Water access is from behind the house through the backyard to the a small sandy and rocky beach of Clam Cove where one can collect lots sea glass and sea treasures. Full kitchen with 12 in 1 multi function air fryer, dual function coffee maker, tea kettle, granite counters breakfast/dining bar with 5 stools, washer and dryer, living room , televisions, wood floors. Wireless Internet. Deck with deck furniture and Gas Grill to enjoy family dining on the ocean. Primrose Apartment B has two stories with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with one king bed in each bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower and bath combo. The downstairs bedroom may not be suitable for couples as it is not too private. All bedrooms have window air conditioners and white noise machines. From the kitchen you can access the deck which has 5 easy chairs, large glass top table and gas grill with a side burner. The view from the deck is wide open ocean and also the deck has privacy fencing on both side to ensure guest privacy. We do not accept pets or animals. Pets or animals are not permitted anywhere on the property, inside, on the deck, backyard or anywhere on the grounds. No parties or large gatherings allowed Primrose B is non-smoking, no vaping and no use of e-cigarettes. The deck overlooks the loveliest view. Sunset was glorious with colors and sailboats and two sweet herons. The property is comfortable and sparklng clean. The only tricky part is that in order to get to the bedrooms upstairs, you have to walk through the third bedroom which can be awkward if the person in that room wants to sleep in. The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked. The hosts are accessible and even checked in with us to see if we needed anything. ##### GRETCHEN M S. Easy to reach and quick to repond if there was an issue that came up (only one minor issue). The home was very cozy and loctated on a quiet street (some noise from Route 1 can be heard throughout the day but not a major distraction). We rented a three bedroom unit with two bathrooms (1 w/shower, 1 w/ tub). Kitchen is spacious and leads out to the deck that has a view of the ocean. Can walk down to the private beach and relax, watch sailboats, high/low tides and enjoy the scenery. Can star gaze at night as well. The home is in close proximity to a medical facility, grocery store and plenty of sightseeing adventures. Stayed seven days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor grill worked well. The bedrooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable, but I thought that there could be less decorative pillows and knickknacks to make space for personal items. Our flight got a bit late and Alex and Siobhán were gracious and kind. They met us with the keys and went over the information needed.
