"Pretty clean, could’ve been better. I found a 1 cm piece of someone’s else’s skin in the sheets of the bed. The lotion dispenser was empty which was frustrating as someone who lotions up after every shower. Hallways smelled of weed a lot of the time and when they didn’t, it just smelled stale. Breakfast was great. Staff very kind and helpful. Convenient location. As an out-of-towner it would’ve been helpful to know that the entrance is not actually on Race Street, but on N.13th St. Signage for the valet was sparse, and I got a parking ticket when I parked for 15 minutes to check in and inquire about the valet."

"Just there for an overnight stay but Crystal at the reception desk couldn’t have been more accommodating and pleasant. Happy hour with Michele who worked circles around the bar and restaurant managed to keep that place humming. Will be making another overnight soon and will definitely be booking at the Courtyard."

"Location was perfect for our last minute plans to visit the city, Obviously anywhere in tPhiladelphia is going to be expensive but we felt this hotel was a good value. Centrally located near Love Park we could walk to Independence Hall, City Hall, Reading Market as well as many locations on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway (if we had time ,only stayed 1 night). They allowed us to park (valet only) and check our bags prior to check in. Our room was clean and updated. The roof top infinity pool and lounge area was very nice. The pool was too cold for most people to swim in even though it was supposed to be heated (late Sept.). Still we would stay here again."
