It has everything you need and is perfectly located in a quiet, pretty spot. It’s an easy walk to the center of town and not far to walking trails. Plenty of space for us & for him to run outside without disturbing anyone else. Home is very well maintained and quite clean. Gas grill was spotless although the previous user had left the propane tank valve open with the grill valves closed. As I do at home, I routinely shut off the propane tank valve to prevent problems or possible fire with any grill leak. Excellent & responsive owner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This bungalow was perfect for 2 people. It was close enough to make day trips to Bar Harbor, Augusta and Booth Bay Harbor. So nice to be close to town.
