Are you looking for the quintessential Maine cottage with views of Penobscot Bay and steps away from the beach? Look no further, Overlook Cottage has two bedrooms and one full bath (newly updated 2023) with two full size beds and one queen bed and sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults with children comfortably. Enjoy views while grilling your catch of the day or dining inside the screened porch. Enjoy the Adirondack chairs on the deck or play an outdoor game on the massive green lawn out front. The cottage has a flat screen tv, Bose Sound-bar, internet for those working remote, screened in deck and full (newly renovated in 2023) kitchen. On those cool nights enjoy our newly installed vented contemporary fireplace while watching the waves outside. We are working to lower our environmental impact and have installed a reverse osmosis water system to avoid plastic water bottles and are using laundry sheets instead of wasteful plastic containers. Be sure to bring your own water bottle for your hikes and outdoor adventures. Enchanting downtown Belfast with its quaint shops and delicious restaurants is only 3 miles away.
