The cottage has a few steps leading to the front porch and front door. It has a comfortable sofa/futon that converts to a full size bed in the living room. It offers a newly remodeled bathroom with tub/shower. We have a fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer. I’d happily stay longer if I could. Very clean. Attention to details was nice; Kleenex, paper towels, wonderful keurig coffee set up, laundry facility with detergents. I even found a small first aid kit! I’m biased for older homes with the woodwork and doorways and separate rooms. My title is such because my stay was during the storms hitting the area. Rain, thunder and fog and flooding. Home is a peaceful, solid respite. Host was quick to answers my questions and very helpful. Kitchen large and well stocked. We had several family dinners in the dining room. I really enjoyed the separate spaces. The Town Square is only blocks away and there are some cute shops and a great coffee shop, 1822\.
