Inside, the home is dressed in lots of comfortable furniture and homey décor, with glossy, burnished floors and two levels of comfort and convenience. You'll love the classic layout and amenities that await around every corner. The living room has a flatscreen TV for kicking back with an afternoon ballgame or your favorite Netflix movies and shows. The house's heaters and baseboard heat will keep everything nice and warm during cold evenings. The full kitchen has everything you need to create a wonderful meal, the dining table has enough seating for up to four guests, and the dishwasher will help you clean up afterward. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. This listing is so misleading that it should be against the law, and maybe it is. I'll be finding out. I had sent a message to and through VRBO that we would be arriving late. it was dark when we arrived but we were able to use the key pad for entry, however it did not work. So, after multiple attempts, we called customer service she walked me through the process a number of times. then reset the code. it also didn't work. finally I was told there was a key box in the back of the house. we found the key and were able to get in... the first thing we were struck with was the smell... musty. lighting was hard to find but we made our way to the kitchen and were taken back by a bouquet of very, very dead flowers. some of the furniture was thread bare the rest were just very old. to make a long story shot, my wife and I decided that staying here could be a health hazard so we left without spending any of the 7 nights we had paid for. to say the least we were very disappointed as it was to be a 30th wedding anniversary trip. ##### Brent R. Also the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and lack of AC was a problem on a couple of warm nights. Well equipped kitchen 6\. Easy Parking Unfortunately there were some Negatives - - - : 1\. A vase of VERY dead flowers, in smelly water, left in the kitchen. 2\. Spent, mouldy coffee grounds left in the french press. 3\. The place had obviously not been vacuumed. 4\. A broken step up to the door. My husband fell and injured his foot. 5\. No instructions for anything. 6\. Minimal heating and only downstairs. It looked like the only thing done to prepare the property for our arrival was a bedlinen and towel change. We did contact Vacasa and they offered to send housekeeping. We declined for the following reasons: 1\. We didnt want anyone coming whilst we were out and our belongings were there; an important reason for us renting a property rather than a hotel stay. 2\. We didnt want to wait in for housekeeping to come, we were on vacation after all. We requested a discount but were refused. This is the second disappointing property we've rented through Vacasa where housekeeping has been, shall we say, disappointing. I cleaned mold from shower which is way to small. -no ac upstairs- tv way to small. I loved the house it made me feel like I was at grandma’s house but between the bugs and the rotten steps and tiny tiny shower I would not recommend. ##### Julie D. We enjoy our stay. The kitchen was very complete, so many sort of instruments and plates, bowls, crock pot, dishwasher. The small yard was fun to hang put and shaded by trees.
