The host was very responsive and let me book within 2 hours since VRBO was also covering some over the cost (last minute cancellation). I did contact the host before 7am. « Great neighborhood. Very quiet. House was clean with lots of essentials and space. Entire basement is like a separate living space with a full bath and gym so that was an excellent addition. Host was super responsive as well. Would definitely stay here again. Only giving 4 stars because I think tvs should be in all the bedrooms and I could not get the tv in one of the bedrooms upstairs to work. Overall I would recommend would just bring my own firestick in the future. »

« Interactions with the host were pleasant. Love the neighborhood and the vicinity to Italian Market, great restaurants and 4th St vintage shops. The apartment itself is fine, especially if you only intend to use the bedroom on the top floor. One of us who used the bedroom in the basement did not sleep well both nights due to a noisy HVAC system that is directly beside the bed. Maybe the closet housing the HVAC system could be insulated somehow? Upon our departure, dirty, moldy dishes were...

"Nous avions fait le Check out pendant que nous attendions le valet pour la voiture , qui d’ailleurs est arrivé un peu sans dessus dessous le chauffeur a tellement reculer le banc qui a tout remuer les bagages .j’ai voulu aller au toilette , la réception m’a répondu aucune toilette !! Je lui ai demandé de me redonner ma clé de chambre que je venais tout juste de lui remettre , elle me dit impossible de la réactiver….assez spécial comme service . "
