"The bed was comfortable but the hotel was a hot mess. Waited over an hour for Valet parking with six cars in front of us, went for Morgan Wallen but tired to check in before… check in was at 4pm but our room wasn’t ready until almost 8pm. In the morning we waited almost 30 minutes for a bagel that they lost track off at the cafe. For how much month we paid for this room it was just a joke. You can’t tell me they don’t have major events every weekend being this close to Lucas Oil. "

"This hotel is older but well kept. Its clean doesn't smell of smoke. The owners are wonderful and juggling a lot being new. I have no doubt they will make this hotel even better with time to come. The only suggestion I would give is maybe a little better breakfast."

"Old slow elevators that sometimes didnt open. I actually had to force open the doors. I started using the stairs. A/C was not working so we had to leave our balcony door wide open to give us a breeze. Carpets definitely need a shampooing. Plus side, they hand out water bottles when you need them for free. Their tap water tastes gross. They give you free drink coupons during your stay. Breakfast was not celiac friendly. My husband said the omelet was good though. Not my favorite place to stay but not my worst. "

"Computers were down, no key cards available and long lines to check in. We waited a hour. The poor lady working was doing her best….she needed support and staff to help her. I booked 2 king rooms, I was given queens. Check in was late and checkout time for previous people was 12….how are the rooms not cleaned and ready? You need more help for the poor lady at check in. People were not kind to her, and it wasn’t her fault. My party was kind and thankful, but unfortunately most were not."

"The restaurant food was really good and fresh. Our waitress was really nice too. Check in was quite busy but the employees were quick and efficient. "

"The rooms were not well maintained and appeared to have unrepaired water damage on the walls. The room also had an old, musty smell. Overall, it seems this location is overdue for interior renovations.Additionally, the appliances and bedding appear outdated and in need of replacement."

"BEWARE!! The parking on the lower level was not only sketchy and nasty it had a substance leaking from ceiling. But this morning once we get home the vehicle has milking drip/runs all over it. They will not was off!! The car is only a week old, brand new 2026! Im thinking oxidized water or a watered down paint of some sort. Have to call my dealership to see if my warranty covers this. We did mention the state of the parking area but was just told it was old. "

"Breakfast was perfectly fine....they did have bisquits and gravy...practically a food group for Indiana. The location couldn't be better for downtown Indianapolis."
