Luxury 2 bedroom house exceptionally well located just 50 mts from the beach and around 1.2 km from the centre.   
  
The residence Passeig del Mar is a beautifull familiar complexe with private garden and lovely communal swimingpool.   
  
The house has 110 m2:   
  
On ground floor has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, lovely independent fully equiped kitchen ,1 bathroom , the wide livingroom with big sofa , TV and direct acces to the terrace and private garden.We can put an extra bed on the living room for 1 persone   
  
The house Passeig del Mar has private terrace with barbeque, design sunbeds, barbeque .
