It is a duplex-type apartment distributed over two floors.On the main floor, there is a spacious dining room with a living area and access to a furnished terrace. The kitchen, American-style, is fully equipped with kitchenware and appliances, including a dishwasher. It has 3 Suite bedrooms with king-size beds and private bathrooms with shower. On the lower floor, there is a small living room, 2 bathrooms with shower, and 2 triple rooms, both with three single beds. The accommodation has 2 outdoor parking spaces without assigned spots, and pets are not accepted.The apartment is located just a few steps away from all services such as restaurants, bars, cafés and supermarkets.
