We arrived late evening, put our kids to bed and had family over the following day to visit. It would have been a great reunion if my Grandparents and I didn’t end up sick because of the mold we later found in the downstairs area of the home. Luckily we found it in time, making 25% of the home off limits to us and our family (one of the main gathering areas, with the only TV in the house). After trying to contact VRBO and the host, neither are willing to rectify the issue or give a partial refund for the inconvenience! Beware! Please if you have autoimmune issues or health issues, stay away! They also had the nerve to complain about minor stains on throw pillows that the cleaner was able to remove and a sitting chair that seemed to need replacing before we got there. If I’d have know that they were going to knit pick our stay then I would never have booked this house and will not be booking through VRBO again either.
