Work is carried out only during standard weekday hours (Monday to Friday). We apologise in advance for any potential noise or inconvenience this may cause Florence Villa is a modern and stylish townhouse offering spacious accommodation across three floors. With an open-plan living area, a bright vaulted ceiling, and a charming south-westerly facing garden, it provides a comfortable and inviting stay. The property includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms plus a toilet and off-street parking on the driveway at the front of the house, making it ideal for families, professionals, or small groups. The Space: This contemporary townhouse features an open-plan living room and kitchen, complete with French doors leading to a sunlit courtyard. The first floor houses a double bedroom, a twin room with two beds and a full family bathroom. On the second floor, there’s an additional double bedroom and a second full bathroom. Additional amenities include a dining room, cloakroom, gas-fired central heating and double-glazed windows for year-round comfort. The location was great and the parking space a bonus for Cambridge. Just a short walk into town and restaurants. House was exactly as described, well equipped kitchen, modern appliances. Fenced patio at the rear of the property was lovely for relaxing with a drink.New, clean bathrooms and comfortable beds.Hosts were helpful and communicative and provided all the information we needed for a relaxing stay.Would definitely stay here again. ##### Kathrine E.
