Short or long stays available. \- Great location with easy access to ARM headquarters, Addenbrookes and Bio-Medical campus. \- 10 minutes drive into City centre or Cambridge station with good transport links close by. \- Perfect for pleasure or business with fast wifi and modern amenities. Relax and enjoy this bright and spacious home over 2 floors in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. It has been furnished with well thought out pieces to create a relaxing and comfortable stay here in Cambridge. There is a fully equipped kitchen available for use, a private garden, and parking for 2 cars on the driveway. This is the perfect base to explore from, work, or study with everything needed a short walk or drive away. SLEEPING: Main Bedroom: 1 x King Size Bed with drawers and hanging space. 2nd Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed with drawers and hanging space. 3rd Bedroom: 1 x Double Sized Bed with TV Main bathroom with own bath and shower Each bedroom has bath and hand towels for each guest, and basic toiletries are provided for your stay. CHILLING: Well-appointed open plan living/dining area with a flat screen 50 inch Smart TV and all your favourite TV and streaming channels available. Own account required for streaming. There is a dedicated working space with 2 desks and a super fast wifi connection provided for free. Large private garden with outdoor furniture available to use. EATING: The modern kitchen is generously sized and fully equipped for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a washer/dryer available for personal use. PARKING: Free parking is available in front of the house on the driveway with room for 2 cars, and there is free on-street parking available on the road. OUT AND ABOUT: Located in Cherry Hinton there is a Tesco and Sainsburys Superstore less than 5 minutes drive away, and along the local high street (15 minutes walk) there are cafes, restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes. The ARM headquarters and technology park is a 2 minute drive. Addenbrookes and the Bio-Medical campus are a quick 10 minutes drive. There are Buses available a short walk away, taking you to Cambridge train station and into the city centre, or to drive it is 12 minutes. Our house is the perfect stay for all occasions, and a great base to take in the many local tourist attractions and colleges across Cambridge. My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details. Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay. The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required. We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay. \- We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours \- Smoking in the property is strictly prohibited. \- Extra guests are not allowed. \- Superfast Wifi up to 50Mb \- Pets are not allowed \- Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire at a cost of £50, or £30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to the property prior to your stay. \- Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave in entrance hall. \- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher tablets and washing pods, toilet rolls and kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a supermarket minutes away. \- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own. Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties like mine. This means my home is professionally maintained and cleaned after each stay. You will sleep and stay knowing they guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. They also provide 24/7 guest support and a locally personalized service before and during your stay. The locally based team of Pass the Keys® in Cambridge have personally inspected my home and certify it has met the Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property. Quiet well-maintained residential neighbourhood.Not really big enough for 6 adults - only one bathroom and the dining table would be a real squeeze.It is not made clear in the listing that you will be required to upload a photo of your passport to something called Truvi.
