Very nice lobby area and comfortable beds. Check in was quick and easy. Hot tub didn’t work properly. Would have been nice to have breakfast included. Also an uncomfortable and unprofessional interaction with a particular staff member. I’d stay again as it is a nice hotel.

Way too noisy with kids running around everywhere in the hall ways. Room service walking in without knocking. Not the greatest experience. Wouldn’t go back to a Hilton.
